Cancellation conditions:

  • until 96 h before check-in (15.00): free of charge (this must be done in writing).
  • after that we will send you the hotel services in the form of a voucher with the invoice by mail.

Terms of payment:

  • Invoices are to be paid in cash or by credit card upon departure.
  • The following means of payment are accepted: Cash, Postcard, VISA, Eurocard (Mastercard), EC-Direkt as well as REKA checks and Card.
  • Personal checks are not accepted.
  • If agreed in writing in advance, an invoice may be sent for services purchased for a total amount of CHF 300.00 or more, payable within 10 days of receipt without any deductions.
